Lolo Sweet and Event Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing LOLO Sweet and Event! We strive to provide a delightful experience from the moment you place your order to the moment your cake arrives at your doorstep. Please take a moment to review our delivery policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process.


1. Delivery Areas:

We currently offer delivery within the Great Toronto Area. If your delivery address falls outside this area, please contact us at to inquire about the possibility of a special arrangement.


2. Delivery Times:

Our standard delivery times depend on the area, excluding holidays and unforeseen circumstances. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by WhatsApp or call 647-668-4221. For second-day orders you should place your order before 3 pm We recommend placing your order well in advance to secure your preferred delivery time.


3. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount—check our website or contact our customer service for more information.


4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.


5. Delivery Confirmation:

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation notification. If you are not available to receive the order, our delivery personnel will follow the specified instructions (e.g., leave it at the doorstep, or deliver it to a neighbor) or attempt to contact you for further instructions.


6. Quality Assurance:

We take great care to ensure your cake is delivered in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service at the same time as the delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Changes to Delivery Details:

If you need to make changes to your delivery details, such as address or delivery time, please notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes made within this timeframe are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.


8. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
